Quick start

  1. Create an account and verify your email.
  2. Subscribe — checks require an active subscription; there is no free trial.
  3. Add your business: find and confirm your location.
  4. Enter the service customers search for and the distance around your business.
  5. Run a check and read the results as positions at observed locations.

What counts toward your allowance

Your plan includes 300 nearby location checks per UTC calendar month. A quick check uses 9 locations; detailed checks use 25 or 49. Started checks count toward the allowance, including checks that failed. Unused checks do not roll over.

Read your results

Near the top means positions 1–3 at an observed location. Not found means absent from returned results. Couldn’t check means the search failed—not that your business ranked poorly.

Use comparisons carefully

Compare the same phrase, area, detail, and successful coverage. Checks are observations, not guaranteed customer experiences. Nearby competitor presence does not prove why they rank.

Billing basics

$19/month, renewing monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal - the link is in Account settings and in every receipt. Cancelling stops all future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid. Prefer email? Send any message to [email protected] and that is enough - we cancel, no questions asked. Refunds: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After 14 days, cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid. Details are in Billing & cancellation.

Export and settings

Saved results can be exported from Settings, where you can also update your business details and manage your subscription through the Stripe customer portal.

Troubleshooting

Couldn’t check: retry the check once; if failures continue, the upstream data source may be temporarily unavailable, and failed attempts still count toward your allowance. Wrong location: re-confirm your business location in Settings before comparing checks. Rankings changed a lot: compare like-for-like checks from the same phrase and area — positions are observations, not guarantees.
